How to Convert Images to PDF Online

Turning a collection of images into a PDF document is useful for creating photo albums, submitting scanned documents, compiling visual reports, or archiving image sets in a universally readable format. ClearUtil's JPG to PDF converter lets you do this entirely in your browser without installing software or uploading files to a server.

Supported Image Formats

This tool accepts three common image formats: JPG (JPEG), PNG, and WebP. JPG is the most widely used format for photographs. PNG supports transparency and is commonly used for screenshots, graphics, and illustrations. WebP is a modern format that offers excellent compression. All three are handled seamlessly — simply upload your images and the tool takes care of the rest.

Page Size Options

You can choose from three page size settings. A4 (210 x 297 mm) is the international standard paper size used in most countries. Letter (8.5 x 11 inches) is the standard paper size in the United States and Canada. Original Size creates PDF pages that match each image's dimensions exactly, which is ideal when you want pixel-perfect output without any scaling.

Margin Control

The margin setting controls the white space around each image on the PDF page. Choose "None" for edge-to-edge images, "Small" for a subtle border, or "Medium" for a comfortable amount of breathing room. When using "Original Size" page mode, margins are not applied since the page fits the image exactly.

Reorder and Remove

After uploading, you can rearrange images using the up and down arrow buttons. The order in the list determines the page order in the final PDF. You can also remove individual images if you added one by mistake, or click "Add More" to include additional images after your initial upload.

Privacy First

All image processing and PDF creation happens locally in your web browser using the pdf-lib JavaScript library. Your images are never uploaded to any server. This makes the tool safe for personal photos, confidential documents, and any other images you want to keep private.
